Payment confirmations — but never your card or bank details. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we only see whether the payment succeeded.

Class-related data — your attendance, project submissions, and feedback to teachers.

To run your class — scheduling, sending reminders, tracking attendance, awarding certificates.

To communicate — class updates, Tarbiyah notes, payment receipts.

To improve — anonymised feedback helps us teach better next cohort.

Your teachers and the admin team. No-one else inside IlmAI.

We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Payment provider — they see what's needed to process the transaction. They follow PCI-DSS.

You can request a copy of your data at any time by emailing privacy@ilmai.uk.

You can request deletion of your account. We'll keep payment + attendance records as long as legally required, then delete the rest.

You can update your details from your account settings or by emailing us.

We use cookies only to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. No advertising cookies. No tracking pixels.
