Terms & conditions

The rules of the road. Short, plain, and reasonable. Read them before you enrol.

Last updated: May 2026

1. Enrolment

When you enrol, you commit to attending the cohort or watching the recordings within a reasonable time. We don't time-out access after the cohort ends — recordings stay available.

We may decline an enrolment if a cohort is full or if you've previously violated our community rules.

2. Payment

Full payment is due before the cohort starts unless we've agreed to an instalment plan in writing (WhatsApp / email).

Prices on the website are inclusive of any applicable taxes — what you see is what you pay.

3. Refunds

Full refund in the first two weeks of the cohort, no questions asked.

After two weeks, we don't usually refund — but we'll work with you in extenuating circumstances (medical, family emergency). Email us, we listen.

4. Community rules

Be respectful to teachers and classmates. Adab is part of every class.

Don't share recordings or materials outside the class. They're for you and your cohort.

Don't share your account with someone who hasn't enrolled.

We reserve the right to remove anyone who repeatedly breaks these rules. We'll talk to you first.

5. Intellectual property

Course materials are owned by IlmAI. You may use them privately for learning, not republish them.

Your project work belongs to you. Host it under your name. Link it from your portfolio.

6. Limitation of liability

We do our honest best to teach you well. We can't guarantee a job, a salary, or a project outcome — those depend on your effort too.

To the extent permitted by law, our maximum liability is the fee you paid for the cohort.

7. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Any changes apply to new enrolments — your existing cohort terms don't change mid-class.

8. Contact

Questions or disputes? Email hello@ilmai.uk. We respond within a day — usually with a real solution, not a form letter.
